Shipping policy

Puzzle Club packs are posted between the 6th and 10th of each month.
To receive the current month’s pack, please subscribe on or before the 1st. Subscriptions placed on the 2nd or later will start with next month’s pack.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

• Switzerland (Swiss Post): 3–5 business days
• International: up to 21 business days (handled by your local postal service)

Tracking is not included, to keep the membership affordable.
