Refund policy

All sales are final. The puzzles are made to order, so The Weekend Atelier is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations (of already ordered items).

The monthly Memberships can be cancelled. If they are cancelled after the cut-off period (14th of each month) the current month's puzzle club letter will be charged and shipped. If the Membership is cancelled before the 14th of each month, no charges will be incurred on that month and going forward.
